This site was started in September 2001, as a way of sharing information with the parents of my patients. Since the internet has no boundaries, parents everywhere are welcome to dip into the information presented here.

What does this site have for you?

Information. About your baby and child. About health, diseases, illnesses, and vaccination. Information that will help you to make informed health care choices for your child. Being informed about health matters and diseases is a powerful tool in your effort to keep your children disease free and healthy.

This site is a guide for parents of babies and young children. It won't make a pediatrician out of you, but it will help in making appropriate health care decisions for your child.

I don't claim to be a leading expert on every medical condition, but the information here is sound and unbiased. The content of this site is not influenced by advertisers or sponsors.

The site does not have great graphics and animations -- it is a Do-It-Yourself venture, and not aimed at entertainment anyway. But the pages load quickly, even on a slow dial up connection. It is best seen at a resolution of 1024 x 768.
